The format is 3 rubbers with 2 player teams. Both players play a singles match against their opposite number then they finish of with a doubles match. Teams only play once again each other team so no home and away fixture against the same team. So the luck of the draw is important.
The league is open to any D&G district club and any players who can compete and is a member of the relevant club. Any player/teams who are interested should contact their club to make sure courts are available then email Michael Goldie to log their interest.
The leagues are scheduled for the 5 Sundays in March subject to team numbers and can be played at convenient times to suit both clubs (usually 12pm/1pm start).
