If you are a member of a local club, and not in District activity please follow your own clubs guidelines on reporting a concern and inform your clubs Welfare Officer. If this is not available please follow the above instruction.

Volunteers working in clubs affiliated to Tennis Dumfries & Galloway can benefit from free PVG membership registration or if already a member, an update check via tennis Scotland (if you are in a paid role this costs £59). Everyone working with children and vulnerable adults unsupervised or on a regular bases should be part of the PVG membership scheme and have an up to date check done in that capacity to ensure their suitability for doing so.
