The forthcoming District AGM will be held on Tuesday 14th November 2017 at 7.00pm at the Ice Bowl , Dumfries.
Please see the link below for the Agenda. The committee would appreciate there being at least one representative from each club in attendance at the AGM where possible.
If there are any motions /resolutions /nominations for Committee positions or any other matter these should be intimated to Lister McKiddie 21 days in advance of the AGM.
We would be grateful if those office bearers detailed in the Agenda would prepare their reports for the meeting.
We look forward to seeing a large turnout at the meeting.
