The forthcoming District AGM will be held on Tuesday 20th November 2018 at 7.15pm at the Ice Bowl , Dumfries.

The committee would appreciate there being at least one representative from each club in attendance at the AGM where possible.

If there are any motions /resolutions /nominations for Committee positions or any other matter these should be intimated to Lister McKiddie 7 days in advance of the AGM.

We would be grateful if office bearers would prepare their reports for the meeting.

We expect a representative from the Council with an update on the proposed indoor centre and Andrew Raitt from Tennis Scotland is expected to attend.

We look forward to seeing a large turnout at the meeting.
