After several attempts to complete the outstanding matches, without success, the under 14s league was completed with the last 4 matches be classed as walk-over. This left Dalbeattie A, Lochmaben and Dumfries all tied on 5 points each with Dalbeattie securing the title courtesy of a better match record. All 3 teams had a match record as 4 wins, 3 losses and 1 walk-over each.
